Dormitory Rules & Regulations

Things to keep in mind

Full Regulations

How it works:

  1. Minor offense: Verbal warning
  2. Two minor offenses: Written warning
  3. Constant offenses/major infringements: Violation

Violations: The Head RA, RA Director, and/or Dorm Admin will issue a report to Dean’s Office. Based on that report, nature of the issue, accounts of any witnesses including RA’s, the resident will receive an official notice of infringement which will be kept your student file forever. The general rule is that the first one is an official warning from the University and any that follow could lead to a reprimand from the Deans Council, or an eviction from dormitories.
