1. Sharing healthy lifestyle tips, fitness routines and proper diet to integrate in the daily student life and finding the healthy balance required during the busy academic schedule. As well as establishing healthy routines for future medical field professionals.
2. Aim is also to integrate methods of managing academia with personal life regarding time management, dealing with failures and how to cope with general life stress.
3. Learning and implementing beneficial mental health strategies.
4. Furthermore, we will provide information about screening methods/preventative medicine to ensure that as medical students we take initiative in screening for diseases.
